NO SHOW POLICY

 

We do require cancellation or notice of changes to the appointment 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the appointment.

Clients that are considered ‘no show’ appointments;

  • Clients that do not show up for the scheduled appointment time.
  • Clients that cancel less than 2 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time.
  • Clients who are 15 minutes late or more.

Clients who ‘no show’ will be charged a cancellation fee. The current fee is as of Jan 2023 is $81 plus tax.

REFUND POLICY

PRODUCT REFUNDS

  • Any unopened and unused product, food, treats or supplement can be returned for a full refund if purchased within the past 90 days.
  • Any product, food or supplement found to be defective in any way can be returned for a full refund if purchased within the past 90 days.
  • Opened dry food from Hill’s, Royal Canin, Purina and Rayne can be returned for a full refund if the bag of food is at least half full, in its original packaging and is not expired.

 

PRESCRIPTION REFUNDS

Prescription medication will not be refunded.  Prescription medications can not be returned for resale or donated as per SVMA Bylaw 12.2.i.  (No member shall sell, give, administer or distribute medications which: (i) have expired or have been returned to him).

  • Prescription medication can be returned for proper disposal of unused medication.
  • Prescription medication can be returned and refunded if an error was made in dispensing of the medication by Lakewood Animal Hospital.
