Our veterinary hospital in Regina is devoted to your pet’s wellbeing.
Our business was first established in 1978 by Dr. Bill Preston as the Normanview Pet Clinic. We were located in a small space in the Normanview Mall. In 1987, Dr. Preston designed and built our spacious new building and we became the Lakewood Animal Hospital. Dr. Preston retired in May 2008. Dr. Marilyn Sthamann, now semi retired, was a partner from 1989 to 2022.
Dr. Don Powers, a partner since 2000, shares the practice with Dr. Jenny Skific and Dr. Meredith Cross.
Over the past several decades, we have appreciated the support of the local community and have employed numerous talented lay and professional staff. We have been honored to offer continuing support to the Regina Humane Society, presented many educational seminars to local schools and sponsored various other charities in the community.
