Lakewood Animal Hospital COVID-19 Protocol – As of April 4th, 2022

• IF YOU ARE ILL
  1. Please do not visit our hospital if you are experiencing ANY symptoms of illness. We want to continue to provide excellent care for your pets, and in order to do so, we need to stay healthy.  We work very closely with each other and your pets and any illness can spread very easily in this environment.
• Appointment Policy
  1. Masks are now optional for both clients and employees.
  2. When you arrive for your appointment, please call us from your vehicle and we will let you know when it is safe to enter the building.
• A few other things to consider
  1. We ask that you provide 24 hour notice so that we can prepare prescription diets and medications for pick up. We are recommending payment over the phone prior to when you arrive to pick up these items in order to decrease the amount of time clients spend in the building.  It is always an option to order pet food and supplies from our website lakewoodanimalhospital.ca
